Our Coaches

This is Coach King's third year as head coach for Concord wrestling. Born and raised in Concord, Coach King has traveled to 25 states across the country and is proud to call Concord his home. Coaching wrestling is the most fulfilling activity he's done in his life.

A 2x state qualifier and 2x NCS medalist, including an NCS finalist, Coach K came on board in the '22-'23 season to co-head coach with his twin brother Sean. He codes video games as a software engineer for 2K as an occupation.

Coach V wrestled in the Sac Joaquin section during high school. This is his third year coaching, starting right along Coach King. He moved to Concord after marrying his wife who is a native. You can find him pushing the kids in the weight room and dishing out Cardio in the wrestling room.

Coach Senior's history with the sport of wrestling lengthy. He has coached everyone from wrestlers with no experience to state placers. He has coached at three different high schools, all in the great city of Concord. He coached a total of 7 years at Ygnacio Valley, 5 years at Clayton Valley, and, now, this will be his third year with Concord High School.
